Cancellation Policy At Hair by Sarah Vozar, your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To accommodate everyone, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Running Late: • If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on my availability. Exceptions: • I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with me, and I will do my best to accommodate. Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
